Can I ask your Club Owners and Managers a simple question?

Why, why are you giving away drinks, comping free covers and acting so desperate to do business?
WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?

Have you ever heard of giving your patrons "THE FUN"?

Have you ever thought "rather than get in a price war, why do I go just the opposite and stay out of the fray?"

I mean what are you thinking?

Your actions are as profitable as the dozen face Change operations Michael Jackson has had.
He looks like a freak, and your club is losing it's rear end.   Your "Panic Promoting" is nothing more than desperation and despair.   Why do you continue to operate your club, your bar, your lounge, your restaurant in the same manner you did last Year, when in fact, your numbers started to drop?
I had a club manager in Boston e-mail his business is down 30% and what is he doing about it?
Nothing, I repeat nothing.

You have to be a complete moron Owner to allow your Club to skid,slide and skew downhill without stopping the blood flow.  What other reason is there for you not turning your club around?
Why would you wait till it's almost too late to finally admit you Screwed up?

I watch clubs book the same bands, bring in big name DJ's, add lights and sound and what do all these efforts garner?  Very little in the way of consistency.  Oh The Club may be "hot" for one night, then what?
Where is "THE FUN"?

I have never seen so many boring over done flyers, so many radio spots so crammed with copy, you have no clue what the club's message is, I mean what are you people thinking?

Where are the strategies of Success, the Foundation of "FUN"?

Your losing money, your losing patrons, and all you do is the same old thing only more of it.

1. Stop give away any drinks anymore.
2. Stop the Comp Door Covers.
3. Stop the 18 and up Nights!
4. Stop the same DJ every night routine.
5. Stop the foul mouth and rude Door Men you have.
6. Stop the sloppy dressed bar and cocktail employees.
7. Stop the same radio ads over and over and get off Clear Channel Radio Stations.
8. Stop the lousy promotions you are doing.
9. Stop letting your club look so run down.
10. Stop asking everybody what to do.

Stop being in denial, your CLUB needs major help and major change, pick up the phone call me right now, every day you delay, is another day you are losing thousands of dollars.
