YOU BETTER BE PACKED NEW YEAR'S EVE!

I don't even want to hear it!
If your Nightclub, your Bar, your Lounge, Your Restaurant is not
jammed, slammed and rammed for New Year's Eve, I suggest you seek
immediate employment at the Window at Wendy's at the location nearest you
and for that matter, take the late shift..............
From New Year's Eve thru the entire Month of January 2002 you should be
packed. Spare me the first quarter "it's slow"
excuse. There are so many promotional opportunities and special
event and theme night and concept nights just waiting to pack your
club. Stop resting on your laurels, in this biz, yesterday's packed
house, is tomorrow's dead night. If your club is dead, if your slow nights
are still not improving I have a question for you?
Why are you keeping your Manager?
Why are you running the same radio spots?
Why are you giving away your liquor and beer and not making any money?
Why are you so burnt out, that you can't get up, and get going by
bringing in new blood, new ideas, new promotions, new concepts, new theme
nights, new marketing, new streams of income, and a new perception of your
club?
The reason club promoters are so successful at penetrating clubs is
that owners are so desperate to pack their clubs, they will let anyone, do
anything to pack it. And that is a sad commentary on Nightclub Owners.
I speak to so many Owners week in and week out, who just don't get
it.....
The key is not simply spinning the best cuts and having the hottest
lights, what else do you offer? What other bells and whistles do you
dazzle your patrons with?
I see so many clubs struggling to even draw a decent crowd three nights
a week, it truly is pathetic. Why would you own a club and open 3
nights a week?
I mean, I would be open seven days a week, sure there is a method to
the madness, but it takes a game plan and strategy, that I regret 9 out 10
Owners and Managers have no comprehension of.
You better be packed New Year's Eve with a sold out club, with a great
line up of entertainment and NYC Remote Broadcasts, with an NYC Menu and
NYC disco and NYC flavor, and all the party favors, splits of free
Champagne and Midnight Buffet, so that you can have the biggest night of
volume and profit of all time.
