Bar Owners, aren't you tired of slow nights?
You have a good looking atmosphere.
You have a good Staff.
You have a good selection of Beers & Booze.
Your Rest Rooms are even Clean & Kept that way.
Your Bar Food could use a Menu Makeover.
Your Entertainment, Your DJ, your Dance Floor are all WEAK.
But,these three elements of your overall operation are exactly why your business is down.
After 9pm, After 10pm People who are Night Lifers, want more than the expected.
Football Season is OVAH!
Now what?
What are you going to do, that you've never ever hosted before?
Why not?
When was the last time you had local TV News or your local Newspaper cover anything you held @ your establishment?
What you need is specialized, centralized, unified to fit your format and enhance it to a brand new level of "WOW".
What I do is Analyze, Create Strategies, Provide the Implementation Process, to Pack Bars, Clubs, Restaurants with a Bar, Sports Bars, Bar and Grilles, exactly what they are currently missing, in order to do Significant Business! Yet, you keep operating in the same mode, usual method, then wonder why your business is so slow? You are stuck in a rut. You refuse to embrace change, even though, it's 2019. Your Menu is outdated, your bar does not even have a "Craft Cocktail Menu", your music is the same. Your total outdoors and indoor appearance while clean are stale. Your parking lot even needs a new blacktop. Your Staff appearance really needs to be updated. Your marketing methods are simply wasting your $. The Rule is.................for every $1 you spend you make $10. When was the last time that formula worked for what you do to attract guests?
Challenging your Competition ! Why let another bar or bar & grille, or sports bar take away YOUR CUSTOMERS?
Your afraid to charge a cover charge for Live Entertainment, because, no other place is? Very simple solution, when you feature Live Entertainment that has never played your area, of course you charge for this Live Entertainment. You can't go to the movies even during the day for less than $6. Why can't you implement a $5 Cover Charge? Because you do not know the formula, the process, by which you do so, with the least amount of resistance.
"NO MORE SLOW NITES".
That should be your "Mindset" from this day forth.
How do you accomplish that?
It's so very simple, "DO WHAT NO OTHER BAR OR CLUB OR SPORTS BAR OR BAR & GRILLE" is doing at Night.
Bring on "THE WOW FACTORS", "THE FUN", "THE FAB".
If you don't know what I am talking about, then by all means you can't possibly do it.
 But, I know exactly what you need to.
 You see, I have never believed in slow nights, even the night after New Year's Eve, I was doing $1000 with maybe a few hundred dollars invested.
 All I know, is how to draw quality crowds.
All I focus on is attracting Women, without free or cheap drinks.
How can you operate, pay your bills, walk away with money in your pocket, if you cannot even draw people to your bar>
Let's even say, you want to sell your establishment, how can you sell "GOODWILL" if you don't have any?
You never ever sell when biz is bad, because you end up missing out on $ that you should be selling for.
 That is why it is paramount to pack your place a minimum of four nights a week.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Bands, DJs, so predictable.
Is that your best?
Stop being so negative on "CHANGE". 
Let me give you the Logic you should apply at all times in this business.
90% of what you worry about never, ever happens!!!!!!!!!

ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, FEATURE A BAND, BRING THE KEGS OUTSIDE AND PAPER CUPS, SUPPLIED BY THE LOCAL BUD DISTRIBUTOR.
 OF COURSE, THEY SHOULD PROMOTE THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING EVENT ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, BUT OUT OF RESPECT FOR YOU DOING THE MAJOR MARKETING, BRANDING, DECORATING YOUR OUTSIDE WITH DECORATIONS PROVIDED BY YOUR LOCAL "BUD DISTRIBUTOR", THESE FOOD TRUCKS SHOULD "NOT" SERVE ANY KIND OF BEVERAGES AT ALL.
"CRAFT BEER BREWERS" ARE ALREADY FEATURING THE "FOOD TRUCKS" ADD THAT "KICKER" TO THE FACT, THAT THEY SELL THEIR BEER AT THEIR BREWERY WHICH IS ALSO A SIT DOWN VIEW SCREENS, PLAY VIDEO GAMES THAT YOU PAY TO PLAY KIND OF PLACE. WHICH ARE TAKING AWAY A GREAT DEAL OF REGULAR BAR BUSINESS, THAT IS WHY YOU ARE ALSO SUFFERING. YOU ARE GETTING IT FROM ALL SIDES.
BEER SALES IN GENERAL ARE DOWN BIG TIME, WINE AND LIQUOR SALES ARE UP, UP, UP.
YOU HAVE NO BELLS OR WHISTLES IN YOUR BAR, ANOTHER REASON WHY YOUR SALES ARE FLAT.

"Residencies". In Vegas, are called a "Residency" for "Star DJs" or "Performers" or "Bands", run from Months to even a year. But in your circumstances, your Community, your format, I created "Relaxed Residencies".
 These are when you book a RED HOT DJ or BARN BURNING BAND, that are packed nightly with. You should feature this entertainment for a full month. Why book a huge draw Performer, for only a weekend, and then bring them back in a few months, when providing, if they are a DJ, they create "Themes", "Parties" and "Concepts", that enhance their typical spinning.
When providing if they are a band, they learn new material, such as three new songs a week, that's right rehearse, rehearse, rehearse, as well as Tributes to Famous Musicians, who are no longer with us, as well as inviting local musicians and female singers to expand their nightly sets.
 In my Club, I booked many a band from Virginia Beach, and each of those bands were phenomenal. I wanted them for a month at a time, but the best I could do, was a couple of weeks, because they were in such demand.
 I did book National Bands, that performed on a Saturday Night, and wanted to stay for Sunday and Monday Nights at much less a Fee, and it always worked out, very successfully.
 I hosted Pre Performance, "Greet & Meet" Parties, and on the same night, the infamous "After Party". We created as many streams of revenue as possible, including merchandise sales.
