       IT'S 2017, AND ALL YOUR BAR, CLUB, LOUNGE, SPORTS BAR, GENTLEMAN'S CLUB, BEACH BAR, HOTEL BAR, RESTAURANT BAR'S, RELIES ON, IS WHAT YOU POST ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA'S FACE BOOK PAGE.
MY LATE UNCLE OWNED THE PREMIER RESTAURANT AND HOTEL, HIS SOCIAL MEDIA WAS SUPERIOR. HE WAS IN CHARGE, OVERSAW EVERY SINGLE FACET OF WHAT WAS POSTED ON ALL OF HIS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.
FROM THE PICTURES TO THE VIDEOS FROM THE CONTENT TO THE MARKETING.
MOST BARS, CLUBS, SPORTS BARS, BAR & GRILLES, RESTAURANTS, LOUNGES, EVEN GENTLEMAN'S CLUBS, JUST POST SOME WORD CONTENT, WITH ALOT OF PICTURES THAT HAVE ZERO RELEVANCE.
 THERE IS A MAJOR METHOD TO THE MADNESS OF NAVIGATING AND IMPACTING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA WITH YOUR REGULAR GUESTS, YOUR POTENTIAL GUESTS AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF YOUR PLACE.
  THE PRIMARY REASON MOST FOOD AND BEVERAGE, AS WELL AS BAR ONLY BUSINESSES SOLELY RELY ON FACE BOOK IS, BECAUSE IT'S FREE.
BUT HERE'S MY QUESTION, WHAT ARE THE RESULTS YOU SEE IN YOUR CASH REGISTER FROM THIS SOCIAL MEDIA ELEMENT?

YOU DO HAVE A WEB PAGE, BUT IT IS SO CONVOLUTED WITH CONTENT, HOW CAN ANYONE SEE A CLEAR PATH Of WHAT YOU ARE, WHERE YOUR LOCATED, WHAT YOUR MENUS ARE, WHAT YOUR ATMOSPHERE LOOKS LIKE, WHY THEY SHOULD FREQUENT YOUR PLACE? NINE OUT OF TEN WEB SITES FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGE BUSINESSES DO NOT HAVE CLARITY.
FORGET TV, RADIO, DIRECT MAIL, ALL THE PAST METHODS OF MARKETING.
FOCUS ON "SOCIAL MEDIA", OVERSHADOW ALL YOUR COMPETING ESTABLISHMENTS.
THERE IS A ATTENTION SPAN YOU HAVE TO GIVE THIS  WAY OF ADVERTISING IN THESE TIMES.

 SERIOUSLY, YOU NEED TO FORGET RADIO, NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINES, TV, THE "PHONE IN HAND" IS THE MILLENNIAL S NEW "REACH".
MORE AND MORE ADVERTISERS ARE SWITCHING TO MOBILE MARKETING, TO WEB SITE BANNERS, WHICH ARE MAKING A HUGE COMEBACK, TO EMAIL DATA BANKS, WHICH ARE ALSO MAKING A HUGE COMEBACK.
YET, YOUR BAR IS SO SLOW, NO MATTER HOW MUCH A DRINK IS, NO MATTER WHO YOU LET IN, WHILE DROPPING YOUR DRESS CODE, NO MATTER WHAT PROBLEMS THEY CREATE, YOU ARE DOING NOTHING TO REVERSE THIS DISASTROUS TREND.
"DIVE BAR", NO THANKS, I DON'T WANT THE HEADACHES, THE HASSLES, THE HANGUPS OF OPERATING ONE. THERE IS NO UPSIDE.
THE RATIO OF FEMALES TO MALES IN A "DIVE BAR", IS ALMOST NON EXISTENT.
YOU WANT MODELS, YOU WANT MILLENNIAL S WHO ARE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS WITH GREAT JOBS, YOU WANT MOVERS AND SHAKERS. BUT YOU HAVE TO DEVISE A CONCEPT TO LURE THEM IN.
WHERE'S YOUR "CRAFT COCKTAIL MENU"?
WHERE'S YOUR HUGE SELECTION OF CRAFT BEERS?
WHERE'S YOUR STAFF IN UNIFORMS, NOT BLUE JEANS AND SLOPPY TOPS?
WHERE'S YOUR FRESH ENTERTAINMENT, NOT THE SAME LOCAL BANDS, PLAYING THE SAME MUSIC IN THE SAME SETS OVER AND OVER?
WHERE'S YOUR CLEANLINESS IN YOUR REST ROOMS?
WHERE'S YOUR TABLE TENTS, BUT NOT THE SAME OLD ONES?
WHERE'S YOUR FOOD, AND NOT FRIED EVERYTHING AGAIN?
WHY DO YOU STILL HAVE NEON BEER SIGNS UP?
WHY DO YOU STILL USE CHALK BOARDS?
YOU ARE SO LOST BACK IN TIME, NO WONDER YOUR NOT MAKING A DIME.
THE #1 FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA IS VIDEO, NOT FOOLISH, CONFUSING, OUT OF FOCUS VIDEO, BUT CONCISE VIDEO. THE !#2 FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA BY IMPORTANCE AND REACH ARE PHOTOGRAPHS. BUT, ONCE AGAIN, NOT SILLY, PICTURES, RATHER "CAN'T STOP LOOKING AT PICS".
THE #3 FORM OF SOCIAL MEDIA IS WORD CONTENT, IT'S NOT "SHORT AND SWEET REPEATING", BUT RATHER MEMORABLE AND CAPTIVATING REMARKS, THAT REMAIN IN THEIR BRAIN.

YOU'VE NEVER EVER FEATURED A "POP UP BAR" BEFORE. IT'S TIME YOU TOOK YOUR BAR TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

Sports Bars, "LET THE GAMES BEGIN"
You have "The XXIII OLYMPIC GAMES" from Feb.9th to Feb 25th Certain Games will be telecast on different Channels of the entire NBC Networks Family.
Sports Bars, decorate for the OLYMPICS, have your Staff dress in OLYMPIC Attire, host your own "BAR OLYMPICS", when no competition is airing. Create an entire "OLYMPICS OVER THE TOP COCKTAILS MENU". Don't be like the usual lazy Sports Bar, that just airs the OLYMPICS, be unique, be creative, be outstanding", so that word spreads and everyone will want to view the games from your Sports Bar. There are so many Captivating Concepts that you should be hosting, but don't expect me to just hand them to you  I will tell you this, "Beer Vendors" are notorious for featuring Promotions, Contests, Challenges. Now, what about your "BAR & GRILLE", your "BEACH BAR", your "HOTEL BAR", your "GENTLEMAN's CLUB", your Restaurant, if all of you have "FLAT SCREENS", why should you be eliminated from cashing in on "THE OLYMPICS"? You shouldn't. But you have to take a different approach. You have to bring in Guests for what you have, but for what they never thought of viewing at your place.
Therefore, you as well, need to make it so "INVITING" so "DIFFERENT" that lots and lots of movers and shakers will come to you to see "THE OLYMPICS".
Nobody said it would be easy, but the "CASH GALORE" Is yours.

Stop Listening To Family, Friends, Acquaintances, on how you should turn your bar around and start being busy again.
These people mean well, but they are no experts, they have no clue how to have a 60% Female Ratio and 40% Male Ratio.

Your Club Promoters want to take a night, create an event, have a VIP Guest List, a Bar Tab, put their own DJ and Security in place, and take your entire door charge.Basically, they own your club for the Night. WHY on earth would you do this?
WHAT ABOUT IF YOU CREATE THE CONCEPT, YOU HAVE THE STEP BY STEP FORMULA TO PACK YOUR CLUB?

THAT'S THE KIND OF PLACE, I PACK, WITH A LINE OUTSIDE.
HOW, IT TAKES A GREAT DEAL OF HARD WORK.
BUT IT CAN BE DONE AND IS DONE CONSTANTLY.
"RUBY TUESDAY" JUST HIRED A NEW CEO, HE TOOK "JOE'S CRAB SHACK" AND TURNED THEM ALL THE WAY AROUND.
RAY BLANCHETTE HAS HIS WORK CUT OUT FOR HIM.
I WISH HIM, NOTHING BUT SUCCESS.
BECAUSE, HE IS GOING TO NEED IT IN EVERY FACET OF "RUBY TUESDAY".
