 I discovered these simply Creative beyond Incredible Artists @ The St Armands Art Show. They were STANDOUTS for bars, clubs, lounges, hotel bars, their ART is far better and it will totally enhance your current atmosphere or lack there of.
 I have never seen so many bar, club, sports bar, bar and grille, even gentleman's club Owners, who know how to do Construction, take the inside of their proposed place, and BUILD IT ! From the ground up. They do everything they can themselves. They use all their own ideas, they come up with all their own "Atmospheric Gimmicks", then they buy radio time, ewwwwww, then they use a club promoter, yuck, then they have their Grand Opening and it falls flat on it's face.
They did all of the structural development perfectly, but they did all of their marketing, branding, advertising, horribly.
 I know of a Place that used the name "SKY BAR" in it, and Randy Gerber and his Partners had nothing to do with this named "SKY BAR". These other Owners did all the interior work themselves, made it rather stylish, but when it came to what they offered their Community, it was so off the mark, they have been closing certain weeknights, when they were originally open.
They had no clue.
They had no Game Plan.
They had no Set Of Strategies.
They had no Marketing Paths.
They had no, I mean no "WOW FACTORS" at all.
You have to "INNOVATE" you bar, by being the only bar to offer every single element and dynamic of Nightlife and entertainment that you do.
You have to "MOTIVATE" your Community to respond, to try you out, to walk through your doors, to bring their friends, to feel the "BUZZ", to stay all night, to spend all night.
Finally, you have to "ELEVATE" your bar or club to a level no other in your area is on.
You do this with "PREMIER PROMOTIONS, THEMES, EVENTS, CONCEPTS, CONTESTS,PARTIES, CELEBRATIONS, GATHERINGS, HAPPENINGS, APPEARANCES, but you have to plan months in advance, you have to know in December what your going to be Hosting in February.
Take "Sports Bars", Once Football Season is over, then what are they going to do?
They have no clue.
 Gentlemen Clubs are suffering worse than ever before.
Because all they do is worry about how "HOT" Their Dancers are?
They have no clue, how to keep their Dancers happy?
They have no club how to bring in "COUPLES"?
They have no club how to generate more income than they are presently?
They have no clue how to Stand Out from all the other Gentlemen Clubs in their area?

So many Owners have such huge ego, and refuse to "CHANGE".
Look @  your Front Entrance.
Look @ your Rest Rooms.
Look @ what your Staff wears to work in.
Look @ your dusty bottles on the bar.
Look @ the dirty carpet and tile you allow guests to see, walk on.
Look @ your Sign, the bulbs are out, the panels are faded, the letters are just bland black.
Look @ your Family, that you let work for you, yet don't work at all.
Look @ who collects your Cover Charge and who checks IDs at the door.
Look @ your Social Media and the lack of any impact at all.
Look @ your competition, and how they are emptying you out, night after night.
INNOVATE, MOTIVATE, ELEVATE YOUR BAR, CLUB, SPORTS BAR, GRILL & BAR, LOUNGE, HOTEL BAR, GENTLEMAN'S CLUB, DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOUR FORMAT IS, WHAT MATTERS IS HOW YOU PRESENT IT, PROMOTE IT, PRODUCE IT AND PUMP IT ~
You think because you have owned your Place for so long, you know it all.
You think because you watch some "Bar Show", you learn something?
Really, email me what exactly have you learned, taken advantage of implementing and seen a significant increase in revenue and beautiful Women from what you think you have learned?
Owners spend thousands on Airlines, Food, Admission, Seminars, and on and on to attend the "Nightclub Show", but in reality, what do you take away from that show?
They host it in the most conflicting time, when, "SPRING BREAK" is in full effect.
You need to be at your place , not in Vegas.
I can read one single article in a newspaper or magazine from say "Atlanta", and Tailor it, take it, turn it, transition it to adapt to your place seamlessly.
You can't continue to "SINK", "SUFFER" and barely "SURVIVE".
What you have to think about, I have already done.
I grew up in this business, I watched every single move my DAD made.
His Family owned ANSONIA SHOES, he was Partners with Mike Schneider  of "SUNNYCROFT PONDEROSA, he owned "The Red Carpet Nightclub, He owned IL SOL LA Restaurant, he owned The Steak Pub. He was a "MAVEN".
I didn't just decide to Own the largest Club on the West Coast of Florida, Host the Biggest Nightclub on SOBE, Show Hundreds and Hundreds of Owners of diverse Clubs from Straight to Gay from Country to Rock, from Sophisticated to Beachy, from Hotel Bars to Hotel Pool Bars.

 Tribute bands Alter Eagles (Eagles), China Grove (The Doobie Brothers), U.S. Stones (The Rolling Stones) and Diary of an Ozzman (Ozzy Osbourne), as well dozens of other bands that devote their on stage presence, their fashion, their personalities, their music, their sound, their voices, to the Band, They pay Tribute to, are Selling Out Performing Arts Halls, Concert Halls, Bars, Clubs. It's just like booking a Super Star DJ, you don't just put the PUSH ON THE PERFORMER, but you tie in the "FUN", the "FAB" and the "WOW FACTORS". But then again at the end of the day, too many Owners don't see the OPTICS in enhancing their Night. NO, not with cheap drinks or beer, this has nothing to do with the bar beverages.
What you want to do is be "EXPERIENTIAL. Tribute Band and Super Star DJ Attendees want more than the "USUAL", they want an "EXPERIENCE THAT ULTIMATELY Turns them into your Establishment's Ambassador. Meaning they spread the word through Social Media, through texting, through telling Family, Friends, those they relate to and communicate with, about the "Incredible Night" they had at your establishment.
No Radio, No Flyers, No Club Promoter, No Guest List, No Free Cover, No Cheap Drinks or Drafts, are going to accomplish THIS.
STOP doing everything your way, the old way.
Do you read five newspapers a day, do you read twelve magazines a month? Then how do you expect to Cash in and Capitalize on what are Trendy, Fashionable, Stylish, Spinning, being enjoyed Beverages, new dishes, new decor?
This is why you are slowly sinking into the abyss.

    Apparently, the fast-food industry needs a stiff drink.
An increasing number of chain restaurants, such as Taco Bell and Chipotle Mexican Grill, are serving alcohol to lure in new customers who might otherwise go elsewhere to get beer, wine or cocktails. 
In the competitive world of fast food, restaurants need an advantage. In the year ending in September, the chains saw no increase in customer traffic, according to the research firm NPD Group. Tacking on alcoholic beverages to an order is a way to drive up sales. Mixed drinks have a markup of as much as 90% and beer, 25%. The$ is in the liquor, the beer, the wine. "Taco Bell" plans to open about 150 alcohol selling locations, called "Cantinas". There are seven now, with one in Chi Town.

Think about it, "Taco Bell" opening 150 new locations across the United States that will serve beer and frozen mixed drinks featuring tequila, rum, vodka and whiskey. Pizza Hut, which serves beer and wine at approximately 3,500 of its sit-down restaurants, is set to add alcohol to the menus at another 200. Chipotle is market-testing a frozen version of its margarita, while Shake Shack, which features ShackMeister Ale and red and white wine, offered a limited-time wine shake to mark the return of the NBC TV show "Will & Grace."
"It creates a little bit of buzz – in both senses of the word," said Aaron Allen, an Orlando-based global restaurant consultant. "A lot of beverages with alcohol will have $3-$8 ticket prices, depending on their promotional pricing. Add a few of those on and you increase the check average. You can drive revenue without having to drive traffic."
