HERE IT IS JUNE OF 2017, YOU STILL HAVE BEER NEON SIGNS UP, WHY? YOU STILL HAVE WORN OUT BAR STOOLS WHY? YOU STILL HAVE A "SMELL" IN YOUR BAR, WHY? YOUR STAFF STILL DRESS IN "STREET CLOTHES", WHY? AND THESE ARE JUST THE BASICS OF YOUR "LACK OF HANDS ON" STRATEGY.
YOU HAVE NEXT TO NO WOMEN COMING IN.
YOU HAVE PEOPLE COMING IN, NOT FOR WHAT YOUR DOING, BUT FOR WHAT THE PRICE OF YOUR BEER AND DRINKS ARE.
YOU CRY OUT " THE BAR DOWN THE STREET IS JAMMED ALL THE TIME, WITH DIRT CHEAP DRINKS, WITH SERVING MINORS, WITH FIGHTS ALMOST NIGHTLY". SO WHAT? DO YOU REALLY WANT THAT KIND OF BAR PATRON?
DO YOU HONESTLY WANT TO "BAR BEG"?
DO YOU TRULY THINK "PANIC PROMOTING" IS THE WAY TO DRAW IN A QUALITY PACKED BAR WITH LOTS AND LOTS OF YOUNG, PROFESSIONAL WOMEN, WHO MAKE GREAT MONEY AND HAVE NO PROBLEM SPENDING IT @ A BAR THEY WANT TO ENJOY. DO YOU REALLY FEEL THAT ATTRACTING MEN WHO SPEND, MOVERS AND SHAKERS ARE GOING TO EVEN SET FOOT IN YOUR BAR OR CLUB?
 BARS, CLUBS KEEP PAYING THEIR MOST POPULAR LOCAL BANDS TOP DOLLAR, EVEN THOUGH, THESE SAME BANDS PLAY EVERYWHERE LOCALLY, EVEN THOUGH YOU CAN'T EVEN CHARGE A COVER CHARGE, SO YOU PLAY THE COST OF THE BAND ON YOUR BAR. WHAT ARE YOU THINKING?
YOUR SO IN DENIAL, YOU DON'T WANT TO SPEND A DIME TO TURN YOUR BAR OR CLUB AROUND, THUS IT'S SUMMER 2017 AND YOU STEAMING IN THE HEAT, THE HUMIDITY AND THE HASSLES OF SURVIVING THE BILLS YOU HAVE TO PAY, THE RENT THAT'S DUE, THE PAYROLL, AND REQUIRED WITHHOLDING TAXES.
SO, INSTEAD OF A "RE-SET", YOU JUST KEEP SINKING IN THE SUMMER.

WHY WOULD ANY OWNER OF A NIGHTCLUB, OF A SPORTS BAR, OF A BAR, OF A LOUNGE, OF A GENTLEMEN'S CLUB, JUST LET THE COMPETITION TAKE ALMOST ALL THE BUSINESS AND CAUSE WAY TOO MANY BAR OWNERS TO HAVE NEXT TO "NO BIZ".

finally, don't let "june" pass you by in your bar, restaurant, nightclub, and close four nights a week, when you should only be shut for three nights, and packed for four nights. way too many restaurants, take their bar business for granted. they do nothing to increase their bar revenue by 100%. i have created this result for almost two decades.let the bar become the new source of revenue that you had all the time, only never ever unleashed. Do you know how many Times, Owners have totally moved tables and Chairs out of the way, stored them for the night, and unleashed "The WOW Factors"?
